Once I unlock a new static I don't focus as much on getting perfect posture. My sight is set on adding seconds to have a solid base to be able to perfect said static to the maximum. For this, for 3 series (with a sufficient rest between each one) I perform resistance to failure in the static that I am working on, I also do with the combos, I perform the combinations of static until I feel satisfied.
Hasta ahora gracias a este método he logrado conseguir una buena cantidad de isométricos, los cuales he sometido y sigo sometiendo a este tipo de entrenamientos mínimo 2 veces al mes. He notado mejoras notables en la postura, el aguante, el tranque y la facilidad para ejecutar el movimiento. Debido a esto he logrado entender que si quieres segundos "trabaja en base a conseguir segundos", si quieres perfeccion "trabaja en base a conseguir perfeccion".
