So here I share with you 4 Flexibility exercises that will be very useful.
Para este primer ejercicio tendremos que estar parados con ambas piernas juntas y sin flexionar llevaremos nuestro torso hacía delante de tal modo que intentaremos llevar nuestras manos hacia el suelo o a la punta de nuestro pies. | For this first exercise we will have to stand with both legs together and without bending we will bring our torso forward in such a way that we will try to bring our hands to the floor or to the tip of our feet. |
Acá tendremos uno prácticamente idéntico a nuestro primer ejercicio, la única diferencia es que aquí estaremos sentados igualmente con las piernas completamente extendidas y ¡Sin flexionar! Ya para nuestro último ejercicio, tenemos este que nuevamente es casi igual al anterior pero con la diferencia de que aquí estaremos de pie separando las piernas todo lo que podamos y apoyándonos con los dedos de nuestras manos, mientras que intertaremos abrir cada vez más las piernas hasta el límite. | Now for our last exercise, we have this one which is again almost the same as the previous one but with the difference that here we will be standing with our legs as far apart as we can and supporting ourselves with the fingers of our hands, while we will try to open our legs more and more to the limit. |
