Día de cuadríceps y abdomen./ Quad and abs day

Saludos comunidad de full deportes, hoy traigo un suave pero
Intenso entrenamiento, para trabajar partes de los cuadríceps y abdomen, combinación perfecta que te ayudara a estar en forma,realice algunos movimientos
Con enfoque total para toda esa zona, trabaje durante 4 series de 25 repeticiones, realice sentadillas con salto de poder,escalador, sentadilla con elevacion de rodilla.
Fue un entrenamiento suave ya que no requerí de peso, la gran gran cantidad de repeticiones, ayudo a obtener entrenamiento perfecto para poner mi cuerpo en forma y con optimas Condiciones, los invito a disfrutar de mi video espero que les guste asi que nos vemos en otra oportunidad.

Intense workout, to work parts of the quadriceps and abdomen, perfect combination that will help you to be in shape, perform some movements.
With total focus for all that area, work for 4 sets of 25 repetitions, perform squats with power jump, climber, squat with knee lift.
