I am @rousbertsw99 And today I will share with you a very special day which was full of enthusiasm, motivation and mutual inspiration while doing this great extreme sport that we are so passionate about. Durante este día estuve en compañía de @isaac-mir, @ashura-sw y junto al atleta profesional @alvisorozco que fue nuestro entrenador durante el día.

During this day I was in the company of @isaac-mir, @ashura-sw and together with the professional athlete @alvisorozco who was our coach for the day.

Entrenamos en el Parque "Las Ballenitas" donde normalmente nos reunimos para entrenar, después del calentamiento, inmediatamente pasamos un rato probando, practicando y haciendo combos de Freestyle y Estáticos, así estuvimos desde las 5:00 hasta las 7:30 PM llenos de gran inspiración y entusiasmo. Por la noche continuamos con nuestro intenso entrenamiento de Hale y Front Lever hasta las 9:15 PM.

We trained at "Las Ballenitas" Park where we normally meet to train, after the warm up, we immediately spent some time testing, practicing and doing Freestyle and Static combos, so we went from 5:00 to 7:30 PM full of great inspiration and enthusiasm. In the evening we continued with our intense Hale and Front Lever training until 9:15 PM.

En el Freestyle estuvimos practicando individualmente aquellos movimientos que teníamos que perfeccionar, como 360°, 540°, Scorpion, entre otros. Después pasamos a realizar combos de Freestyle y Estáticos hasta el anochecer.

In the Freestyle we were practicing individually those movements that we had to perfect, such as 360°, 540°, Scorpion, among others. After that we went on to do Freestyle and Static combos until nightfall.
