    full deportes, soy ramsses y a continuacion les traere una rutina de front lever avanzada donde utilizaremos la liga de asistencia una vez mas.

    En la anterior rutina les mostre muchos ejercicios de nivel intermedios, en este les mostrare otros ejercicios mas avanzados donde ya deberiamos tener mucho front lever para lograrlos, haremos ejercicios como el touch, dominadas rango completo y en front lever, estas variaciones con liga de asistencia para acostumbrarnos al movimiento y a la tecnica.
