Community, I am ramsses and next I will bring you the challenge in the swc community, this challenge consists of maintaining the stamina in a dislocated grip, this means the reverse of the arms towards the bar, we must maintain this position making a maximum score.
El video no debe tener ninguna pausa ni cortes debe ser un video corrido y limpio, mientras mas abrimos el agarre es mas facil mantener pero cansa un poco mas las extremidades ya que se extienden mas, aun asi les sugiero que si tienen alguna lesion en las muñecas lo hagam abiertos y si son flexibles lo hagan cerrado.
The video should not have any pauses or cuts, it should be a continuous and clean video, the more we open the grip, the easier it is to maintain but it tires the limbs a little more since they extend more, even so I suggest that if you have any injury to the dolls make it open and if they are flexible make it closed.
