full sports, I am Ramsses and then I will bring you a new video where I will show you 4 lower abdomen exercises to define and improve our core area.
La zona baja del abdomen es un poco dificil de marcar o definir ya que es donde normalmente se acumula la grasa y esto hace que nos veamos algo gordos, sim embargo estos ejercicios me han ayudado mucho a que esto no suceda, asi como tambien me ha ayudado a marcar las entrada (V) en la parte baja del abdomen.
The lower abdomen area is a bit difficult to mark or define since it is where fat normally accumulates and this makes us look somewhat fat, however these exercises have helped me a lot to prevent this from happening, as well as it has also helped me helped to mark the entrance (V) in the lower abdomen.
