Muy buenas a todos y un cordial saludo amigos y amigas de SWC, soy Luis Romero @pimoswo, formo parte de la comunidad de Streetworkout en la cadena de bloques hive. El día de hoy les traigo unos ejercicios para trabajar nuestros triceps de una manera brutal, sencilla y sin necesidad de utilizar ningún instrumento más que una silla ya que pueden realizar éstos ejercicios en la comodidad de su casa sin ningún problema. 💪🏽

Today I bring you some exercises to work our triceps in a brutal, simple way and without using any instrument other than a chair because you can perform these exercises in the comfort of your home without any problem. 💪🏽

Éstos ejercicios los seleccioné para que puedan hacerlos tranquilamente sin ningún tipo de impedimento además de ser muy buenos para fortalecer nuestros triceps de una manera espectacular. Éstos ejercicios los pueden implementar en sus rutinas por separado pero si desean hacer un entrenamiento con ellos juntos a continuación les dejaré una pequeña rutina que pueden realizar. I selected these exercises so that you can do them quietly without any kind of impediment besides being very good to strengthen our triceps in a spectacular way. These exercises can be implemented in your routines separately but if you want to do a workout with them together then I will leave a small routine that you can perform. Without more to say I leave you with the routine
