Hello everyone and a warm greeting friends and friends of SWC, I'm Luis Romero @pimoswo, I'm part of the Streetworkout community on the hive blockchain. Today I bring you some exercises to work our back in a super effective way while at the same time try these variations of pull-ups that I brought you today, they really are very effective and also help you to gain very good pull-up strength.
Éstos ejercicios los seleccioné para que puedan incluirlos en sus rutinas de espalda y lo intenten, no son nada complicados pero son muy buenos para nuestros músculos. De verdad espero se animen a intentarlos. Cómo siempre a continuación les dejo una pequeña rutina que pueden realizar incluyendo estos ejercicios seleccionados, sin más que decir los dejo con la rutina. 💪🏽
I selected these exercises so you can include them in your back routines and try them, they are not complicated but they are very good for our muscles. I really hope you are encouraged to try them. As always below I leave you a small routine that you can perform including these selected exercises, without more to say I leave you with the routine. 💪🏽
