Running 22 Km | Casa de las Brujas [Esp/Eng Subtitled]

   Siempre que pasamos, por esa autopista, decimos que tenemos que venir corriendo a conocer la denominada Casa de Brujas (Desconozco el porqué de su nombre), y en este fondo, vamos allá.

Whenever we pass by this highway, we always say that we have to come running to meet the so-called Casa de Brujas (I do not know the reason for its name), and in this background, we go there.

      Domingo lluvioso, planeaba un día tranquilo, realizando los burpees como entrenamientos y listo. Pero, mi compañera de vida, está supermotivada y como durante la semana, a ella se le complica un poco, me dice "Vamos" y como hombre, siempre tengo la última palabra, dije "Si mi amor" 😄.

Rainy Sunday, I was planning a quiet day, doing the burpees as workouts and that's it. But, my life partner, is super motivated and as during the week, she gets a bit complicated, she tells me "Let's go" and as a man, I always have the last word, I said "Yes my love" 😄.

      Alrededor del mediodía, cuando todo el mundo en Argentina, está preparando la mesa para compartir en familia (asado, pastas, etc.), nosotros salimos a cumplir lo planeado, que era superar los 20 km y así fue.

Around noon, when everyone in Argentina is preparing the table to share with the family (barbecue, pasta, etc.), we went out to fulfill the plan, which was to overcome the 20 km and so it was.

      Armamos la mochila, que lo llevaría yo, con todo lo necesario para nuestra travesía; Hidratación, bananas, fruta secas, agua isotónica casera y hasta, la tarjeta para el bus, en caso de ser necesario.

We put together the backpack, which I would carry, with everything we needed for our journey; hydration, bananas, dried fruit, homemade isotonic water and even the card for the bus, if necessary.

      Al momento de salir, no estaba lloviendo, cosa que sucedió, cuando llegamos a la casa de las brujas, que por cierto, hoy en día es un puesto de control policial. Es difícil, poner en palabras, lo que se siente cuando corres bajo la lluvia. Lo único, que puedo decir, es que debes vivirlo en carne propia "Que no te la cuenten", dice el dicho popular.

When we left, it wasn't raining, which it was when we arrived at the witches' house, which is now a police checkpoint. It is difficult to put into words what it feels like to run in the rain.       En total 22:6 km marco la aplicación y nos dimos por hecho. Zuni llego agotando sus reservas físicas, no así mentales, porque, si hay algo que admiro de ella, es de seguir a pesar de todo (aplausos). Un entrenamiento en equipo muy bonito y con ganas de seguir por más, disfrutando el proceso.

In total 22:6 km marked the application and we took for granted. Zuni arrived exhausting her physical reserves, but not mental, because if there is something I admire about her, it is to continue despite everything (applause).
