My dear ones from Hive Open Mic!. A greeting to so many friends I have harvested in this community. Today I want to share with you my contribution to the Survival theme proposed by my brother @mayorkeys. I will sing for you a song by the Spanish singer Mónica Naranjo called Sobreviviré.

In 2000 the album Minage was released, the third album of the interpreter where most of her songs are versions and adaptations in tribute to the Italian singer Mina Mazzini. Sobreviviré was the first single and is a Spanish version of the composition by Luigi Albertelli and José Manuel Navarro. The Italian name of the original song is Fiume Azzurro.

It is a very feminine song, but I wanted to sing it because its lyrics accompanied me for many years, especially in my adolescence. It talks about surviving, with all the fears and darkness that haunt us. In fact it has a super strong phrase that says: "I must survive by lying to myself".

I have noticed many ways of interpreting this week's theme, and always the optimism of overcoming adversity comes to the fore, but what this song narrates is also important. There are people who literally survive from day to day and many of them are slaves to themselves. Today this song does not represent me, but as the lyrics say, for many years I have been wearing "makeup even in my heart".

¡Mis queridos de Hive Open Mic!. Un saludo para tantos amigos que he cosechado en esta comunidad. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi aporte a la temática Survival propuesta por mi hermano @mayorkeys. Precisamente cantaré para ustedes una canción de la española Mónica Naranjo que se titula Sobreviviré.

En el año 2000 salió a la venta el álbum Minage, el tercer disco de la interpreté donde la mayoría de sus canciones son versiones y adaptaciones en homenaje a la cantante italiana Mina Mazzini. Sobreviviré fue el primer sencillo y es una versión en español de la composición de Luigi Albertelli y José Manuel Navarro. El nombre en italiano de la canción original es Fiume Azzurro.

Es una canción muy femenina, pero quise cantarla porque su letra me acompañó por muchos años, sobretodo en mi adolescencia. Habla de sobrevivir, con todos los miedos y oscuridades que nos persiguen. De hecho tiene una frase síper fuerte que dice: "Debo Sobrevivir Mintiéndome".

He notado muchas maneras de interpretar la temática de esta semana, y siempre el optimismo el vencer la adversidad sale a flote, pero lo que narra esta canción también es importante. Hay personas que literalmente sobreviven día a día y muchos de ellos son esclavos de sí mismo. Hoy día esta canción no me representa, pero como dice la letra, por muchos años lleva "maquillaje hasta en el corazón".
