Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad de Motherhood en HIVE – 3SPEAK.

      Recibo una invitación de mi hijo mayor, para ver una obra de teatro en su colegio y a pesar, de tener miles de obligaciones y nada de ganas de asistir, junte fuerza de voluntad y tome la decisión de acompañarlo. Soy un padre medianamente presente, pero soy sincero cuando digo que no tenía ganas. Por suerte, “valió mucho la pena”

I received an invitation from my oldest son, to see a play at his school and despite having thousands of obligations and no desire to attend, I gathered willpower and made the decision to accompany him. I am a moderately present parent, but I am sincere when I say that I didn't feel like it. Luckily, "it was worth it".

     Me llamo mucho la atención que cuando ingresamos a la sala, ya estaban todo en posición e inclusive la música del ambiente funcionando. Casi que en silencio, nos sentamos y nos dispusimos a observar la obra.

I was struck by the fact that when we entered the room, everything was already in position and even the background music was playing. Almost in silence, we sat down and prepared ourselves to watch the play.

     Debo confesar que no soy amante de ver películas, series y mucho menos obra de teatro. Dicho esto, me costó mucho entender y entrar a comprender los meta mensajes. Al único que conozco de vista es al actor/profesor de mi hijo, que hacía de padre de familia.

I must confess that I am not a lover of watching movies, series, let alone plays. That said, I had a hard time understanding and getting into the meta messages. The only one I know by sight is my son's actor/teacher, who played the father of the family.

     En pocas palabras y con la intención que vean el video, les cuento que la historia trata de una familia “normal”, como la tuya o la mía. Donde la madre, oculto por muchos años, una deformación de nacimiento que tuvo su hija y cuando ella creció, comenzó la tormenta familiar en cuestión.

     Cuando nuestros hijos crecen, crecen los inconvenientes a los que debemos enfrentarnos. Y en este caso, a la niña le llego el amor y por consecuencia, se despertó toda cuestión. Conflictos familiares, acusaciones de amigos, hermanos y "no comprensión" de los padres.

When our children grow up, the inconveniences we have to face grow. And in this case, love came to the child and as a consequence, every question was awakened. Family conflicts, accusations from friends, siblings and "no understanding" from parents.

     El amor todo lo puede y a través del perdón, primero a sí misma y luego a sus familiares y amigos, pudo vencer los obstáculos y aceptarse como es, para disfrutar lo que el universo le estaba regalando “El amor”

Love can do everything and through forgiveness, first to herself and then to her family and friends, she was able to overcome the obstacles and accept herself as she is, to enjoy what the universe was giving her "Love".

     Actores que no están en los medios masivos de comunicación y mucho menos, son influencer de las redes sociales tradicionales de la web 2. Pero, a mi modesto entender, son realmente muy buenos en lo que hacen. A mí particularmente, me llevaron a las lágrimas, algunas escenas tan profundas y conmovedoras. ¡Aplausos de pie para ellos!

Actors who are not in the mass media and much less, are not influencers of the traditional social networks of the web 2. But, to my modest understanding, they are really very good at what they do. To me particularly, they brought me to tears, some scenes so deep and touching. standing applause for them!

     Y lo más importante, es el mensaje que os quiero compartir con todos ustedes. Escuchar a nuestros niños cuando nos hablan. Si tomaba la decisión de no asistir, me perdería este momento sublime que compartí con él… donde sentí, que la historia nos acercó como familia.

Gracias a mi hijo Genaro, por la invitación y espero poder asistir a muchas más.
