Ejercicios de Reacción y Definición en el Basket

El día de hoy nos recrearemos a través de un juego para despertar en los niños la capacidad de reacción ante una jugada inesperada, lo que hace que sea un recurso importante dentro de la cancha debido a que en las ligas inferiores donde los más pequeños aún no tienen la estatura ni la anatomía necesaria para dominar el balón, en su mayoría, por no decir todas, las jugadas son inesperadas. Es por eso que hay que acondicionar el reflejo para resolver dentro del campo de juego al mismo tiempo que se articula con el trabajo de rapidez.

En psicología deportiva, entrenar a la categoría infantil es un trabajo de mucha paciencia porque existe un elemento previo que se debe obtener de los niños antes de empezar a trabajar y es que se debe "Ganar la Atención" de los alumnos. Por lo que siempre es apropiado al momento de trabajar ejercicios complementarios como la reacción, ejecutar la enseñanza a través de juegos y actividades que a ellos los distraiga y divierta, el objetivo es que hagan el ejercicio y a su vez mantener la armonía dentro del grupo, incluso cuando se trabaja con un solo estudiante.
