    Que tal! Integrantes de @hive y @swc, hoy estoy aquí de nuevo para compartir de mis nuevos contenidos y progresos que e tenido como atleta de calistenia , hoy mi vídeo se trata del entrenamiento que tuve en mi hogar donde pueden observar nuevas mejoras y mejor dominio en variaciones de la stradle planch,ya que me ah costado un poco poder progresar de esa forma ya que últimamente e estado un poco inactivo y por eso les pido una disculpa.

Members of @hive and @swc, today I am here again to share my new content and progress that I had as a calisthenics athlete, today my video is about the training that I had at home where you can see new improvements and better mastery of variations of the stradle planch, since it has cost me a bit to be able to progress in this way since lately I have been a bit inactive and for that I apologize.

    Porque la inactividad?
    Why the inactivity?

    Bueno e estado bastante inactivo en la comunidad por problemas ya personales , que también incluye la cuestión de mis estudios y por dolores musculares que e estado experimentando últimamente y ah sido muy duro porque no me permite entrenar como quiero, e estado entrenando suavemente con ejercicios de estiramientos para la muñeca derecha ya que e estado presentando dolores que no me deja ejecutar bien los trucos de fuerza .
    Well, I've been quite inactive in the community due to personal problems, which also includes the question of my studies and muscle pain that I've been experiencing lately and it's been very hard because it doesn't allow me to train as I want, I've been training gently with exercises stretches for the right wrist since I have been experiencing pain that prevents me from executing strength tricks well.

    De mi parte les recomiendo siempre tener un calentamiento máximo como de media hora , ya que para realizar estos tipos de ejercicios que son muy lesivos debemos estirar muy bien a la hora de ejecutar un ejercicio de calistenia o trucos, espero que les guste mi vídeo 🙏
    For my part, I always recommend having a maximum warm-up of about half an hour, since to perform these types of exercises that are very harmful we must stretch very well when performing a calisthenics exercise or tricks, I hope you like my video 🙏
