This is my first participation in this community and I hope to continue sharing with you wonderful routines that allow us to strengthen both our body and our mind ❤️😊.
Exercise is always vital for our body, without forgetting a good diet, especially if your goal is to increase your muscle mass, so a calendar of your daily routines is important along with your simultaneous weight gains to exercise, especially if your idea is to increase buttocks and legs.
And thinking about it, it occurred to me to bring you these good exercises that will allow you to achieve that goal more 💪🔥.
Exercise N° 1
🏋️Dead weight🏋️
This exercise consists of lifting a bar from the ground to the waist, bending the knees a little, of course, without letting the bar fall completely to the floor, allowing us to work the hamstrings. It is essential to have good management of posture when performing this exercise to prevent lumbago, or spinal injuries.
Exercise N° 2
Goblet Squats 🏋️💫
It is a very complete type of exercise where we work the upper body and it is done holding a dumbbell with the hands together at the chest, legs open at shoulder height and the tips of the feet out, lowering and raising the torso completely.

💫Bulgarian squat for glutes✨
You know, not long ago I found a song that I love and it touches every last fiber of my heart, because the end of that song wThis exercise consists of placing the tip of one of our feet on a bench and flexing the other leg, moving our torso forward with one of our hands, firmly grasping the dumbbell and going up and down the number of times you have proposed to do this. exercise.
Always but always important to check our posture when exercising, being hydrated and breaking limits, which only exist is our mind, because you can always 💪🔥. It is a very pleasant pleasure for me to be able to share with you.
