Bailoterapia con mis amigos de Hive Sucre

Hola bienvenidos a mi blog, es un gusto estar en mi querida comunidad @hivesucre. En esta oportunidad vengo con una experiencia maravillosa que viví hace días con amigos de #hivesucre. En el video les cuento un poco del encuentro deportivo que tuvimos el sábado pasado.

Ya estaba ansiosa de asistir a una de estas actividades que hacen las chicas de #hiverun, quienes tienen varios sábados reuniéndose en el parque Guaiquerí de la Ciudad de Cumaná, ellas se reúnen para ejercitarse haciendo caminatas, corriendo y no sé qué más, ya que no había ido, je, je, je.

Días atrás la amiga @antoniaruiz me había invitado y la verdad no pude ir, pero me quede con las ganas y cuando nos hicieron la invitación para la bailoterapia, me puse en mente asistir y así fue. En la mañana del sábado mi esposo me llevo al parque, me acompaño un rato y aprovecho de tomar algunas fotos que les comparto.

Me alegro encontrarme con varios Hivers a los que le tengo aprecio y con otros que estaba ansiosa de conocer, les hablo de las chicas que están en el movimiento de HiveRun y a las que le tengo admiración por estas actividades que hacen y que me sembraron la idea de quizás unirme al grupo je, je, je. Fue un gusto conocerlas.

Hablando de la bailoterapia estuvo genial, les confieso que solo quería ir para acompañarlas, ya que soy malísima para esta actividad, aunque me encanta bailar, tengo dos pies izquierdos para las bailoterapias, sin embargo, viendo animados a los presentes me uní al grupo y no me arrepiento de haberme equivocado muchas veces, por qué me la pase genial.

Disfrute de todos los ejercicios, de la música, de la forma como daba la clase el profesor Jose Navarro y de la compañía de todos, hasta había personas con más experiencia en esto, unas chicas de Mariguitar, qie vinieron a la actividad deportiva y a conocer más de Hive y sus bondades.

La clase, como les digo muy buena, también nos enseñaron algunas técnicas para mantener el cerebro activo y unas dinámicas muy divertidas, para ir bajando la presión de los ejercicios. En esto hubo varias ganadoras de unas bellas gorras de Hive, entregadas por el equipo de Hive Sucre, quienes también aportaron hidratación y refrigerios para todos.

Al final, como siempre se estuvo hablando de Hive, de lo que significa, lo que podemos hacer y como proyectar a la cadena en otros espacios y poder atraer a más personas a este proyecto tan bonito y que formen parte de Hive Sucre.

Cómo abordar a los nuevos usuarios y presentarle todas las herramientas para hacer un buen contenido y que se mantenga activo, darle una mano amiga e instruirlos en su paso por Hive.

Dance Therapy with my friends from Hive Sucre

Hello welcome to my blog, it's a pleasure to be in my dear community @hivesucre. This time I come with a wonderful experience that I lived a few days ago with friends from #hivesucre. In the video I tell you a little of the sports meeting we had last Saturday.

I was already anxious to attend one of these activities that make the girls of #hiverun, who have several Saturdays meeting in the Guaiquerí park in the city of Cumaná, they meet to exercise by walking, running and I do not know what else, since I had not gone, heh, heh, heh, heh.

Days ago my friend @antoniaruiz had invited me and the truth is I could not go, but I stayed with the desire and when we were invited to the dance therapy, I put in mind to attend and so it was. On Saturday morning my husband took me to the park, accompanied me for a while and took the opportunity to take some pictures that I share with you.

I am glad to meet several Hivers that I like and others that I was anxious to meet, I am talking about the girls who are in the HiveRun movement and who I admire for the activities they do and who gave me the idea of perhaps joining the group he, he, he, he, he. It was a pleasure to meet them.

Speaking of the dance therapy was great, I confess that I only wanted to go to accompany them, as I am very bad for this activity, although I love to dance, I have two left feet for dance therapy, however, seeing those present encouraged me to join the group and I do not regret having been wrong many times, because I had a great time.

I enjoyed all the exercises, the music, the way the teacher Jose Navarro gave the class and the company of everyone, there were even people with more experience in this, some girls from Mariguitar, who came to the sports activity and to learn more about Hive and its benefits.

The class, as I say very good, also taught us some techniques to keep the brain active and some very fun dynamics, to lower the pressure of the exercises. There were several winners of beautiful Hive caps, given by the Hive Sucre team, who also provided hydration and refreshments for everyone.

At the end, as always, we were talking about Hive, what it means, what we can do and how to project the chain in other spaces and attract more people to this beautiful project and be part of Hive Sucre.

How to approach new users and introduce them to all the tools to make good content and keep them active, give them a helping hand and instruct them in their passage through Hive.
