    Saludos #Hive hoy les traigo una rutina de nivel intermedio de pecho para fortalecer los pectorles, ticeps y algo de hombro, siempre recuerden calentar y estirar muy bien antes de cada ruina para no tener algun tipo de lesion o molestia muscular o en zona de los tendones a lahora de empezar y progresar en nuestras diversas rutinas, sin mas que agregar empecemos:
    Greetings #Hive today I bring you an intermediate level chest routine to strengthen the pectorles, ticeps and some shoulder, always remember to warm up and stretch very well before each ruin to not have any type of injury or muscle discomfort or tendon area a lahora to start and progress in our various routines, without more to add let's start:

    Nuestro primer ejercicio vendria siendo las flexiones en diamante haciendo de estas 4 series de 10 repeticiones bajando a tal grado de casi tocar el pecho al suelo y mantener uin angulo de tension y extension de codos el cual haga que nuestro codo llegue al nivel del hombro alineandose para una buena realizacion de este ejercicio
    Our first exercise would be the diamond push-ups making these 4 sets of 10 repetitions down to such a degree of almost touching the chest to the ground and maintain an angle of tension and elbow extension which makes our elbow reaches the shoulder level aligning for a good performance of this exercise.

    De alli proseguimos a hacer 4 series de 10 fondos profundos, cabe destacar que debemos nivelar el codo a la altura del hombro para una buena ejecucion de los fondos, recuerden NO abrir los codo al bajar, se deben flexionar hacia atras...
    From there we continue to do 4 sets of 10 deep bottoms, note that we must level the elbow at shoulder height for a good execution of the funds, remember NOT to open the elbows when lowering, should be flexed backwards...

    Nuestro tercer ejercicioson las flexiones declinadas intentando llegar a tocar el suelo con el pecho haciendo una buen flexionamiento de los brazos, para no tener alguna molestia, de este seguiremos nuestra progresion de ejercicios haciendo 4 series de 10 repeticiones
    Our third exercise is the push-ups declined trying to touch the ground with the chest making a good bending of the arms, so as not to have any discomfort, this will follow our progression of exercises doing 4 sets of 10 repetitions.

    De tal forma mas abajo les dejare el video con la explicacion de los diversos ejercicios y su buen realizamiento.

    Y por ultimo pero no menos importante finalizamos nuestra rutina con bardips con un agarre un poco mas amplio al normal, em vez de colocar las manos a la posicion de los hombros las pondremos un poco mas alejado para realizar correctamente el ejercicio, bajaremos a la altura de llevar el pecho a tocar la barra y haciendo controladamente la tension y extension de codos.... Para agregar mas abajo esta el video de realizacion de los ejercicios y la forma correcta.
    And last but not least we finish our routine with bardips with a grip a little wider than normal, instead of placing the hands to the position of the shoulders we will put them a little further away to perform the exercise correctly, we will lower to the height of bringing the chest to touch the bar and making controlled tension and extension of elbows .... To add more below is the video of how to perform the exercises and the correct form.
