Hola #Hive y compañeros de la Street Workout Community Espero se encuentren muy bien el dia de hoy, como sabran yo soy Jose Rivera y este dia les vengo a mostrar lo que fue el entrenamiento del dia con mi compañero, amigo y alumno @seiz-sw el cual fue un dia de entrenamiento de fuerza y resistencia en basicos, esta vez no es una rutina esspecifica la cual les traere ya que por los momentos he estado bastante ocupado con lo que es el factor secundaria, ya que sabran que tengo 16 años de edad y externamente a HiveBlockchaine tengo ciertas responsabilidades como estudiante las cuales me han disminuido el tiempo... Pero de igual manera les estare trayendo consejos y muchos mas mediante publicaciones hechas con fotos y explicaciones detalladas, sin mas preambulo, espero les guste el video en el cual entreno junto con mi compañero. Cabe destacar que esta es la segunda vez que hago una rutina en conjunto con alguien mas, les contare mmi experiencia mas adelante.

Sinceramente no estoy muy acostumbrado a entrenar con alguien en la misma rutina, circuito o alguna actividad referente al acondicionamiento y mejoria fisicam pero la verdad me resulto bastante agradable y muy dinamico haber entrenado junto a mi compañero Edward Macias @seiz-sw el cual he ayudado desde sus inicios en la calistenia, estoy muy orgulloso de todo el proceso pasado y todo lo que ha logrado, mas todo lo que lograra, cabe destacar que esta vez hicimos una rutina de resistencia, fuerza y repeticiones maximas, por supuesto en el video no mostre la casntidad maxima de repeticiones que se hicieron para que no fuera tan tedioso para ustedes, en cada ejercicio le sumamos 200 repeticiones de cada uno, llegando asi al punto de mantener resistencia debido a la cantidad de repeticiones y fuerza debido a la buena ejecucion de estos, tambien a continuacion les dejare algunas imagenes tomadas por @ricardogoto quien nos ayudo a realizar varias de las tomas hechas en el video y el contenido fotografico, por otro lado los ejercicios nos alternabamos, mientas Edward estaba realizando el ejercicio mi persona hacia la grabacion y viceversa, lo cual tambien debo darle bastante merito a el, ya que grabamos y entrenamos al mismo tiempo.
Honestly I'm not very used to train with someone in the same routine, circuit or any activity related to conditioning and physical improvement but the truth is that I found it quite nice and very dynamic to have trained with my partner Edward Macias @seiz-sw which I have helped since its inception in calisthenics, I am very proud of the whole process and everything he has achieved, plus everything he will achieve, it should be noted that this time we did a routine of endurance, strength and maximum repetitions, of course in the video I did not show the maximum number of repetitions that were made so that it was not so tedious for you, in each exercise we added 200 repetitions of each one, thus reaching the point of maintaining resistance due to the amount of repetitions and strength due to the good execution of these, also below I will leave some images taken by @ricardogoto who helped us to make several of the shots made in the video and photographic content, on the other hand the exercises we alternated, while Edward was performing the exercise my person to the recording and vice versa, which I must also give much credit to him, as we recorded and trained at the same time.
