    Saludos, mis amigos de #Hive y a la comunidad de Full deportes, espero se encuentren súper bien. En esta nueva oportunidad tengo el gusto de compartirles un nuevo entrenamiento.

    Greetings, my friends from #Hive and the Full deportes community, I hope you are feeling great. In this new opportunity I have the pleasure to share with you a new workout.


    Este nuevo entrenamiento trabajaremos nuestros pectorales nuevamente, pero esta rutina es con mi propio peso corporal, esta rutina es bastante básica, ya que la mayoría que empezamos a entrenar, empezamos con estos ejercicios. Cómo siempre les recuerdo antes de realizar cualquier actividad física debemos ejecutar nuestro respectivo estiramiento y calentamiento para así poder entrenar de manera correcta.

    This new workout will work our pectorals again, but this routine is with my own body weight, this routine is pretty basic, since most of us who start training, we started with these exercises. As I always remind you before doing any physical activity we must perform our respective stretching and warm up so we can train properly.

    Exercise #1: Parallel dips (20 reps x4 sets)
    Ejercicio #2: Bar dips (15 reps x4 series)
    Exercise #2: Bar dips (15 reps x4 sets)
    Ejercicio #3: Flexiones (15 reps x4 sets)
    Exercise #3: Push-ups (15 reps x4 sets)
    Ejercicio #4: Flexiones cerradas (12 reps x4 sets)
    Exercise #4: Closed push-ups (12 reps x4 sets)
