Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes un día de motivación en los lugares donde entreno.
Greetings dear friends of the community SWC.In this opportunity I will share with you a day of motivation in the places where I train.

El Día de hoy me siento motivado para hacer estilo libre, llegue al parque y no había nadie porque estaban en el otro parque, pero eso no me detuvo para entrenar, empecé a calentar, luego de eso me puse a hacer dinámicos, tenía días que no hacía dinámicos y por eso tenía muchas ganas de hacer combinaciones dinámicas y estáticas.
Today I feel motivated to do freestyle, I arrived at the park and there was no one there because they were in the other park, but that did not stop me to train, I started to warm up, after that I started to do dynamics, I had not done dynamics for days and that's why I really wanted to do dynamic and static combinations.
La verdad no estoy a mi 100%, pero eso no me va a detener, pienso seguir entrenando mientras mi cuerpo me lo permita y con la ayuda de Dios seguiré mejorando cada día.
The truth is that I am not at my 100%, but that will not stop me, I will continue training as long as my body allows me and with God's help I will continue to improve every day.
