This is my first post on ActiFit. I've been a follower for a brief time as I was looking to add a Health & Fitness community to my HIVE group of communities. I already have a routine with Orangetheory Fitness/Hight Intensity Interval Training and tracking what I eat with MyFitnessPal and it has been a life changer for me. 7 years without missing a beat until I contracted COVID and that was a rough few weeks and finally I started doing a walk today and will be going back to do my first OTF session in a month on Saturday. So to say I'm excited is an understatement. Not sure if ActiFit will be the place to post about my OTF journey, my 5k, 10k and Half Marathons, but perhaps I can integrate that into one of the ActiFit's challenges. I made the video so that you can get to know me :-)
