    Kadhi Pakoda is an Indian authentic recipe.
    It is prepared by curd and gram flour. Various spices are added for flavour and taste.
    In Kadhi pakoda fitters of gram flour added while in plain Kadhi it is skipped.
    Traditionally it is prepared with curd made by animal milk but here I made it vegan by using peanut curd.
    If the curd is not available lemon juice or raw mango powder can be added to give it a sour flavour.
    The most important part of this recipe is cooking time. The more you simmer it at low flame, the tastier it would be.
