Hello, how are my dear friends from HIVE and SWC, in today's post I come to bring you a Routine to make your back explode as it should be. This routine is made up of only 5 exercises.
Estos ejercicios son muy buenos porque nos ayuda a mejorar nuestra fuerza y resistencia y aparte nos ayuda a agrandar nuestra espalda y definirla muy bien.
These exercises are very good because it helps us improve our strength and endurance and also helps us enlarge our back and define it very well.
Está rutina es muy buena a la hora de entrenar nuestra espalda ya que la trabaja muy bien y que también nos ayudará aumentar las repeticiones en las dominadas.
This routine is very good when it comes to training our back since it works very well and it will also help us increase the repetitions in the pull-ups.

Como pudieron ver fueron solamente 5 ejercicios que nos ayudará a fortalecer nuestra espalda.
As you could see, there were only 5 exercises that will help us strengthen our back.
Cabe destacar que cada vez que realizamos un ejercicio de cualquier tipo siempre hay que calentar muy bien para no sentir ninguna molestia ya sea en las articulaciones o muscular.
