    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un set poderoso PARA EL CORE donde vamos a realizar unas rutinas con dinamicas que te van ayudar a fortalecer y tonificar el abdomen ,vamos empecemos.

    NOTA IMPORTANTE

    La finalidad de esta jornadas es darle un impacto profundo al abdomen, por ende las repeticiones son importantes en estos set, vamos a realizar 4 jornadas, cada una llevando la secuencia dicha y explicada en el video, cada jornada tiene un lapso de 20 segundos de descanzo, ni mas ni menos esto es el limite del balance que va tener el musculo a la hora del proximo set, es desir se agotara mas y seran mejor los resultados,siempre y cuando se tenga presente una buena alimentacion, baja en grasas trans, y no comer tan tarde cosas pesadas, ya que apartir de las 7 las grasas y carbohidratos ingeridos ya que a esa hora es dificil quemarlas.
