Hola amigos de la comunidad Fulldeportes un cordial saludo, hoy vamos a hablar de los tipos de agarre un tema no tan hablado, pero si super importante a la hora de cualquier entrenamiento sea en Gym o si vas a entrenar con tu peso corporal en barras (peso muerto) también en el video estaré hablando de las mejores opciones que tiene cada tipo de agarre a la hora de entrenar un sistema muscular, empecemos.

The types of grip are:
Este tipo de agarre se realiza con las palmas de las manos mirando hacia arriba y los pulgares, hacia el exterior. Este tipo de agarre es muy utilizado en los ejercicios para bíceps, promueve la utilización de los bíceps, ancho, trapecios, activación en dorsal y romboides, y muchos otros.
Esta variante se ejecuta con las palmas de las manos miran hacia abajo y los pulgares, hacia el interior. Muy empleado en remo para dorsal, dominadas, etc. Promueve la utilización del antebrazo.
Este tipo de agarre se ejecuta colocando las palmas de las manos mirando una a la otra, es decir, paralelas. Muy usado para aperturas, contractora, bíceps o tríceps, pero se puede usar en muchos otros ejercicios.

GRIP TYPES
Supination
This type of grip is performed with the palms of the hands facing upward and the thumbs facing outward. This type of grip is widely used in exercises for biceps, promotes the use of the biceps, broad, trapezius activation in dorsal and rhomboids, and many others.
Pronation
This variant is performed with palms facing down and thumbs facing inward. Widely used in dorsal rowing, pull-ups, etc. Promotes the use of the forearm.
Neutral
This type of grip is performed by placing the palms of the hands facing each other, i.e. parallel. Widely used for openings, contract, biceps or triceps, but can be used in many other exercises.
