Saludos mis queridos amigos de SWC, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina potente de PIERNAS donde vamos a realizar altas dinamicas con rentimientos mas avanzados,para entrenar las piernas, asi que empecemos!
Greetings my dear friends of SWC, in this opportunity I want to share with you a powerful LEGS routine where we are going to perform high dynamics with more advanced slowdowns, to train the legs, so let's get started!
Este entrenamiento es evaluado por mí, para llevar al límite los músculos que vamos a trabajar (PIERNAS) hay que tener en cuenta que el primer ejercicio que vamos a realizar, es hacer un calentamiento ya que esto nos da una mejor base y nos evita cualquier lección, realizaremos 4 días cada uno tiene un número de variantes de las cuales, cada día haremos 4 tipos de ejercicios, una vez terminados, damos paso a un descanso de 15 segundos con algunos movimientos leves que acortan el tiempo de enfriamiento, con esto obtendremos mejores resultados en nuestro tren inferior. Antes de entrenar ten en cuenta una buena respiración a la hora de la ejecución y una buena hidratación, haz los ejercicios tal y como están indicados al pie de la letra, revisa cada movimiento que no estés haciendo mal, para evitar cualquier lección.

Before training take into account a good breathing at the time of execution and a good hydration, do the exercises as they are indicated to the letter, check each movement that you are not doing wrong, to avoid any lesson.
