Gracias por visitarme! 😘
👆Before starting it is important to do a warm-up in which we prepare to perform a high-intensity training and be focused when performing the exercises.
🙂 I invite you to visit my YouTube - Profe Shimo where I upload videos of General and Specific Physical Preparation in Soccer/Futsal.
I also leave you a warm entry that I also uploaded to this blog.
As you can see, they are grouped into similar exercises, with the 1st being the easiest exercise, and the last being the most difficult. It is important first to do the first technique WELL to go to the next level.
😀The ones you consider appropriate.
🤓 Each exercise is difficult depends on who. There are some beginners who doing 4 are already very tired, while others doing 10 still do not feel that work as intense. So, it's up to you, and What do I take into account to know how many I do?😯
Simple, when you feel like you're doing the technique wrong, or feel like you won't be able to do one more repetition😣. It is important to write down the amount I do for tomorrow to be able to do 1 more, and improve myself in each training.💪
👆REMEMBER to elongate the worked muscles well so that tomorrow everything doesn't hurt and you can train well, giving importance to rest and food 🙇♀.
I hope you like the video and comment how it went trying! 💚
Thank you for visiting me! 😘
