    🔴METODOLOGÍA AMRAP🔴

    AMRAP por sus siglas en inglés significa As Many Reps As Posible, que significa La mayor cantidad de Repeticiones posibles. Quiere decir que tenemos que en el tiempo estimado, en este caso 8', realizar la mayor cantidad de vueltas posible de los ejercicios propuestos. Es un método de entrenamiento muy bueno para trabajar en grupos e individual ya que cada persona va a su tiempo y sus capacidades. Y lo mas lindo, podés desafíar a tus amigos 😁

    AMRAP stands for As Many Reps As Possible, which stands for As Many Reps As Possible.
