Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community Despues de mucho tiempo vamos a volver a entrenar la plancha a una mano, es un movimiento que habia dejado mucho de lado ya que la tenia bien dominada pero es hora de retomarla ya que estamos perdiendo forma y fuerza para montar la postura debida, primero les explicare que es el movimiento y un poco como se hace para pasar a los ejercicios, comencemos.

¿Que es la plancha una mano?	What is the one-handed iron?

Este movimiento es la misma palanca de plancha una mano, aca buscaremos que nuestra mano quede alineada con nuestra cadera para poder subir los pies, aca hacemos obligatoriamente una depresion escapular y un tranque fijo en nuestro codo con nuestro biceps y triceps, intentando en todo momento que no se desbloquee es decir no quedar con el codo doblado, siempre firme, las piernas puede abrirlas para disminuir el peso y ir cerrándolas progresivamente, la mano que queda extendida es nuestro equilibro esta tendremos que moverla o apretarla, hay diferentes formas de hacerlo dependiendo de con cual te sientas cómodo, yo en lo personal la dejo cerca del suelo y me concentro en muñequear con la mano que sostiene mi peso para tener una mejor estabilidad.
