    Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community espero esten super bien, hoy vamos a entrenar solo en paralelas estos cuatros ejercicios que son muy demandante, nos enfocaremos en nuestros hombros y pecho, como todas las pesas la estaban usando y estana muy lleno el parque use solo las paralelas ya que era el lugar menso concurrido.
    Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community I hope you are doing great, today we are going to train only in parallel these four exercises that are very demanding, we will focus on our shoulders and chest, as all the weights were being used and the park was very crowded I used only the parallel since it was the least crowded place.

    Al inclinarte en las pararelas cuando haces los fondos haces un enfoque mas directo al hombro, específicamente al deltoide anterior lo cual viene perfecto si quieres aislar un poco el hombro, tambien cuando haces bar dips en supino y adelantas puedes trabajar aun mas el hombro y biceps que otros grupos musculares, las flexiones profundas pueden servir para trabajar el biceps si adelantas un poco y lo haces mas profunda solo que puede llegar a ser lesivo si no tienes la fuerza necesaria.
    By leaning on the parallel bars when you do the pull ups you make a more direct approach to the shoulder, specifically the anterior deltoid which is perfect if you want to isolate the shoulder a little, also when you do bar dips in supine and forward you can work even more the shoulder and biceps than other muscle groups, deep push ups can serve to work the biceps if you go forward a little and do it deeper but it can be harmful if you don't have the necessary strength.
