Street Workout Community Today we are going to train the back but also the biceps as we are training the biceps at level two intensity, our focus will be mostly on that muscle but nevertheless we will work the back isolated in two exercises, also today we will use the trx.
bueno el trx es la abreviación de total-body resistance exercise, estos ejercicios nos permiten desarollar y trabajar la fuerza, quemar grasa y conseguir resistencia, tambien nos ayuda a tener un entrenamiento mas completo debido a que trabajamos muchos grupos musculares tales como el core que siempre esta en activación por la suspencion que hacemos para realizar los ejercicios, tiene muchos beneficios usar este tipo de entrenamiento como el mejorar los dolores de espalda, la coordinación y movilidad, tambien nos ayuda a perder perso ya que hay ejercicios que son con mas movilidad y nos hace tener un mejor entrenamiento que el cardio, porque digo que el cardio? debido a que muchas personas le parece mas funcionar hacer trx que una rutina de cardio convencional.
