Street Workout Community I hope you are all the best, today I wanted to show you how I am having my days of training with garter for the recovery of my shoulder, it is a very simple routine but that is helping me a lot in addition to certain exercises that I will bring you later, for now we are only concentrating on doing leg, cardio and abdomen to not give tension to my right arm.
la funcion de estos ejercicios es aumentar la fuerza y la resistencia de la zona sin tener que cargar gran cantidad de peso o tener que ponerle una gran tension o intensidad a la zona, la flexibilidad ya que mi lesion es con la movilidad esto me ayuda a volver a tomar movilidad progresivamente y indirectamente me ayuda a tener una coordinacion y control motor de mi cuerpo, en general estos entrenamientos con liga son muy buenos para la rehabilitacion de una lesion.
the function of these exercises is to increase the strength and the resistance of the area without having to carry a great amount of weight or to have to put a great tension or intensity to the area, the flexibility since my injury is with the mobility this helps me to return to take mobility progressively and indirectly it helps me to have a coordination and motor control of my body, in general these trainings with league are very good for the rehabilitation of an injury.
