Hablemos de... ¿Por qué las mujeres tenemos diarios? [ESP/ENG]

Holi holi holiii, aquí les traigo mi primer episodio del podcast, porque el anterior no fue un episodio; solo fue la presentación del proyecto, y la verdad la emoción cada vez crece más; quiero agradecerles a todos por el increíble apoyo que le dieron a este nuevo proyecto el cuál me tiene demasiado feliz.

Para el primer episodio quise traer un tema que me parece muy interesante y curioso, no es ningún secreto que las mujeres tendemos a ser mucho más abiertas y explicitas a la hora de expresar nuestros sentimientos o emociones, en cambio, no es común que los hombres hablen de estos temas porque se les asocia a debilidad.

A lo largo de mi vida me he dado cuenta que es muy común que las mujeres tengamos una especie de diario o agenda donde expresamos de manera escrita nuestros sentimientos y emociones, es algo que he hecho yo y todas las mujeres que conozco; todavía no conozco a la primera mujer que nunca en su vida lo haya hecho pero, en cambio, los hombres no lo hace y eso me causa mucha intriga de el porque, ni en su extrema intimidad, se expresan.

Hi hi hi hiii, here I bring you my first episode of the podcast, because the previous one wasn't an episode; it was just the presentation of the project, and the truth is the excitement is growing more and more; I want to thank you all for the incredible support you gave to this new project which has made me very happy.

For the first episode I wanted to bring a topic that I find very interesting and curious, it is no secret that women tend to be much more open and explicit when it comes to expressing our feelings or emotions, however, it is not common for men to talk about these issues because they are associated with weakness.

Throughout my life I have realized that it is very common for women to have a kind of diary or diary where we express in writing our feelings and emotions, it is something that I have done and all the women I know; I still do not know the first woman who has never done it in her life but, however, men do not do it and that makes me very intrigued because, even in their extreme intimacy, they do not express themselves.
