Fin de Diciembre - Hive Open Mic Week 194.

Tal vez algunos ya lo habrán notado, pero esta será el último evento del HiveOpenMic del 2023, y para la próxima semana será el primer evento del año para esta grandiosa comunidad musical.

Saludos a todos los que conforman el HiveOpenMic, ha sido un año muy productivo para esta comunidad y también para mí como Hiver, gracias al OpenMic he crecido como artista, y también he tenido la oportunidad de conocer personas de todas partes de Venezuela y del mundo, jamás pensé en mi vida que estaría en sitio de internet tan lleno de personas enriquecedoras y trabajadoras por la música.

Estoy feliz de estar aquí y planeo estar por mucho más tiempo, Hive es un lugar feliz para mí, un santuario donde puedo expresarme libremente y puedo apoyar a otras personas a realizar sus sueños, es hermoso, incluso hasta utópico, pero una Utopía que cada día se hace más realidad.

Cuando nos sumergimos en la web 3.0, este plano de internet nos cambia la vida, nos hace ser mejores personas, por eso seguiré apoyando la revolución de internet con mi música.

La Obra musical que hemos venido a interpretar para esta semana, es una de mis piezas favoritas de Navidad, es una obra que según lo que pude investigar por internet, tiene más de 100 años de haber sido creada, sinceramente no estoy seguro de este dato, si estas leyendo esto y tienes información sobre el origen de Carol of the Bells, puedes escribirlo en los comentarios.

Ahora bien, es una obra que desde que la escuché por primera vez, me fascino por su fuerza sonora, es un drama navideño muy interesante. Me gusta porque es extraño escuchar piezas navideñas que sean dramáticas, por lo general, la música navideña es inocente y mágica.

Existen cientos de versiones de esta emblemática pieza, y la nuestra no es la excepción, le pusimos como es habitual, el toque Venezolano con el Cuatro.

End of December - Hive Open Mic Week 194.
Maybe some of you have already noticed, but this will be the last HiveOpenMic event of 2023, and next week will be the first event of the year for this great music community.

Greetings to all who make up the HiveOpenMic, it has been a very productive year for this community and also for me as a Hiver, thanks to OpenMic I have grown as an artist, and I have also had the opportunity to meet people from all over Venezuela and the world, I never thought in my life that I would be in a website so full of enriching and hardworking people for music.

I am happy to be here and I plan to be here for much longer, Hive is a happy place for me, a sanctuary where I can express myself freely and I can support other people to realize their dreams, it is beautiful, even utopian, but a Utopia that every day becomes more reality.

When we immerse ourselves in the web 3.0, this internet plane changes our lives, it makes us better people, that's why I will continue to support the internet revolution with my music.

Carol of the Bells - Mykola Leontovych. A Dramatic Christmas Song

The musical work that we have come to interpret this week, is one of my favorite Christmas pieces, it is a work that according to what I could investigate on the internet, has more than 100 years of being created, honestly I am not sure of this data, if you are reading this and you have information about the origin of Carol of the Bells, you can write it in the comments.

Now, it is a work that since I heard it for the first time, I was fascinated by its sonorous force, it is a very interesting Christmas drama. I like it because it is rare to hear Christmas pieces that are dramatic, usually Christmas music is innocent and magical.

There are hundreds of versions of this emblematic piece, and ours is no exception, we added, as usual, the Venezuelan touch with the Cuatro.
