Mis saludos a la comunidad de Music! Hoy quiero compartirles un momento musical que tuve con mi gran hermano Gabriel Nuñez, quien estoy convenciendo de que se una a Hive.
Ambos trabajamos en una academia ubicada en Cagua llamada "Ciearts", es una institución que con el pasar del tiempo ha ganado prestigio en Aragua, allí damos clases de distintos instrumentos musicales como también de distintas ramas (Idiomas, Artes plásticas, Deporte), soy una de ésas pocas personas en el mundo que puede decir que le gusta mucho su trabajo.
De vez en cuando, me úno con mi hermano Gabriel para hacer música (Lo que conocemos en Venezuela como "Guataquear"), debo reconocer que Gabriel tiene una capacidad para acompañar a Oído superior a la mía! Y éso es buenísimo porque me da la posiblidad de tomar la Guitarra o la Mandolina como instrumento solista.
Aparte, es una persona muy humilde y colaboradora. Un excelente ser humano, al cual estimo mucho.
La Guitarra Sabanera . Un estilo único de los llanos Venezolanos.
La Guitarra en Latinoamérica es un fenómeno exótico ya que la cantidad de estilos y formas de tocar a la largo del continente suramericano es enorme y poco explorada por los guitarristas a nivel mundial.
En el video estoy tocando un estilo que en los Llanos Venezolanos se conoce como "Guitarra Sabanera", tiene una manera de interpretarse muy diferente a la "Guitarra clásica" ya que aquí la potencia y la fuerza deben ser mayores en la mano derecha.
Además, la forma del fraseo y como se presenta la música es otro contexto, hay que sumergirse en la filosofía del llanero.
La guitarra sabanera - Un estilo en peligro de extinción
Yo me enteré hace un año que existía éste estilo de tocar guitarra, y es porque hay muy pocos guitarristas en Venezuela que lo interpreten, el máximo precursor "Ramón Copete" murió hace algunos años atrás y ni siquiera pude conocerlo.
Gracias a Dios dejó un registro sonoro para poder estudiar su música y legar éste estilo a futuras generaciones de guitarristas criollos!

Greetings to the Music community! Today I want to share with you a musical moment I had with my great brother Gabriel Nuñez, who I am convincing to join Hive.

The Sabanera Guitar. A unique style from the Venezuelan plains.
Guitar in Latin America is an exotic phenomenon since the amount of styles and ways of playing throughout the South American continent is enormous and little explored by guitarists worldwide.
In the video I am playing a style that in the Venezuelan Llanos is known as "Sabanera Guitar", it has a very different way of playing than the "Classical Guitar" because here the power and strength must be greater in the right hand.
In addition, the way of phrasing and how the music is presented is another context, you have to immerse yourself in the philosophy of the "llanero".
La guitarra sabanera - A style in danger of extinction
I found out about a year ago that this style of guitar playing existed, and it is because there are very few guitarists in Venezuela who play it, the maximum precursor "Ramón Copete" died a few years ago and I could not even meet him.
Thank God he left a sound record to be able to study his music and to bequeath this style to future generations of criollo guitarists!
