¡Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi blog, chicos! Hoy les traigo a mi canal de @threespeak el top de cada semana que realizo para el Hive Music Festival; en este caso me toca seleccionar a las 3 personas de mi top por hacer su performance de forma totalmente destacada, como siempre, es una labor titánica el hacerla porque cada semana llegan más personas talentosas al festival y se hace muy complicado el poder elegir solo 3 para hacerles highlight, pero lo intentaremos.

Esta vez, traigo el formato en vídeo porque se los prometí, así puedo hacer mi trabajo de forma más expresiva, y no quedarme sin una forma de poder mostrar mi entusiasmo en toda su expresión, ya que, muchas veces me quedo corto con las palabras por escrito.

Yo soy un músico bastante desordenado con respecto a la organización para ensayar y esas cosas, sin embargo, tengo una disciplina muy fuerte con respecto a temas como el tener precisión en el tempo, en la afinación y en la conexión entre la persona y su instrumento (incluyendo vocalistas con sus voces), así que en ese sentido soy un poco riguroso y decidí utilizar este criterio para ser lo más objetivo posible al momento de dar mi veredicto.

Esta semana ocurrió algo genial e inédito y es que ¡sólamente hay instrumentistas en mi top! Es magnífico ver como las personas se van desenvolviendo cada vez mejor con sus instrumentos, me da demasiada felicidad al respecto.

Welcome back to my blog, guys! Today I bring you to my channel @threespeak the top of each week that I do for the Hive Music Festival; in this case it's my turn to select the 3 people of my top for doing their performance in a totally outstanding way, as always, it is a titanic task to do it because every week more talented people arrive to the festival and it becomes very complicated to choose only 3 to highlight them, but we will try.

This time, I bring the video format because I promised you, so I can do my work in a more expressive way, and not be left without a way to show my enthusiasm in all its expression, since, many times I fall short with the words in writing.

I am a pretty messy musician with respect to rehearsal organization and stuff, however, I have a very strong discipline with respect to things like having precision in tempo, in tuning and in the connection between the person and their instrument (including vocalists with their voices), so in that sense I am a bit of a stickler and decided to use this criterion to be as objective as possible when giving my verdict.

This week something great and unprecedented happened and that is that there are only instrumentalists in my top! It's great to see how people are getting better and better with their instruments, it makes me so happy about it.
