    Saludos comunidad de full deportes, hoy quiero presentar una intensa rutina para trabajar el cuerpo completo; fueron ejercicios muy exigentes, realice desplazamientos, sentadillas, elevación de piernas, y plancha, este entrenamiento lo realice en 25 repeticiones en 4 series, son movimientos muy buenos para tonificar y definir cada musculo, ayuda a tener una buena condición física, los invito querida comunidad de full deportes a ver mi video y espero que les guste.
