The concept of God, the way of perceiving him, of loving him, of expressing him, is something so unique in every being. There are so many ways of believing in him, there are so many ways of trying to understand him.

Particularly my relationship with the concept of God has had a wide path, and I have been able to allow myself to believe in him in many ways and to accept and share with people who see him from many perspectives. My personal concept of God is not as a subject that makes a life apart from me and observes me, for me it is more a WHOLE that I like to call Love, of which I am part or that is part of my nature. From that belief I feel that everything is within this and IS this itself. That there are no differences, so to love Him is to love all, to serve Him is to Serve All. In India they have a very beautiful way of putting this into practice, some Hindu sects say "The visitor is God", so when someone comes to their house they treat them in the best possible way. But as I said, everyone has their own way. So within mine fit all the ways of others to see it, feel it and express it (even those that I do not understand so much) because if for me it is everything, then from the perception of any person of any religion, belief or faith is perfect as they believe it.

For a long time I was also active in the SSS Organization, an organization that is based on education in Human Values and selfless service to others. One of the mottos of this organization is "Love All, Serve All". In fact, it is also a motto of the Hard Rock Café, which is very famous. And I clarify, it is not about being servile, it is about being helpful recognizing that divinity is in everyone and everything that surrounds us, making our actions always an act of worship to God through everything that permeates.

Although I was educated in a Protestant Christian boarding school, as a child I wanted to be a nun and as an adult I gave my children Hindu names, my grandfather was a Rosicrucian and my older sister belongs to a sophist school called Hermetic, I have Masonic friends and I have been to TAO, my main food in terms of my concept of the world and with which I feel more comfortable is A Course in Miracles, and its main premise is that EVERYTHING is Perfect, because EVERYTHING is Love (even that which does not seem so good to you). In any case, I try to worship that or that which they call God through all his creation, so to speak.

From this, then any song of any religion, school or belief would be perfect for me to sing. Because the source and the receiver are the same.

For this week I bring a song that was written by someone very special to me, a woman I considered a mother, and that I still have in my heart even though she is physically gone. Her name is Argelia Oraá and this lyric has no source on the Internet. She is one of those people who taught me to love everyone and to see the Divinity in EVERYTHING.
