Un gran abrazo para la comunidad musical de HIVE como lo es MUSIC, es un honor compartir con ustedes esta producción audiovisual en la que interpreto un tema de la agrupación THE EAGLES, este tema no es otro que Hotel California, un clásico sin lugar a dudas, y todo un reto su interpretación, usando la guitarra para acompañar a través del uso de acordes y del uso de arpegios, de verdad una armonización que quedó bastante bonita y por supuesto la flauta encargada de hacer la melodía. Te invito a que veas el recurso audiovisual que encabeza esta publicación.

A big hug for the musical community of HIVE as it is MUSIC, it is an honor to share with you this audiovisual production in which I interpret a theme of the group THE EAGLES, this theme is none other than Hotel California, a classic without a doubt, and a challenge its interpretation, using the guitar to accompany through the use of chords and the use of arpeggios, really a harmonization that was quite nice and of course the flute in charge of making the melody. I invite you to watch the audiovisual resource that heads this publication.

Acá quiero compartirles un poco de ese proceso de ¿Cómo lo hice? Acotando que en el rercuso audiovisual del comienzo se expanden estas ideas. Una de las cosas que me inquietaba del tema era el ritmo del acompañamiento, si bien la canción está a un compás 4/4, al principio no entendía como hacer la mano rítmica de la guitarra acompañante, afortunadamente la extrapolación de conocimientos me ayudó y encontré en el ritmo orquídea del cuatro la solución.

Here I want to share with you a little bit of this process of how I did it, noting that in the audiovisual rercuso at the beginning these ideas are expanded. One of the things that bothered me about the song was the rhythm of the accompaniment, although the song is in a 4/4 time signature, at first I did not understand how to make the rhythmic hand of the accompanying guitar, fortunately the extrapolation of knowledge helped me and I found the solution in the orchid rhythm of the cuatro.

Posteriormente la melodía, si bien la había logrado definir con mi flauta dulce a puro oído, necesitaba un fraseo mas especifico, y es allí donde encontré el cana del YouTube de CANAL DE PARTITURAS DE VIKTOR HENAO, allí puede ubicar un frase genial para interpretar esta melodía usando mi flauta de digitación barroca, dado que el Fa# agudo me resulta más fácil en esta a comparación de la flauta dulce de digitación alemana, acotando que esta es la alteración que más aparece en la canción, puesto que se encuentra en la tonalidad de Si menor, que es el relativo de Re mayor, por lo que la otra alteración era Do#, sin embargo este se usaba en menor proporción.

Later the melody, although I had managed to define it with my recorder by ear, I needed a more specific phrasing, and that's where I found the YouTube channel of VIKTOR HENAO'S PARTITURE CHANNEL, there you can find a great phrase to interpret this melody using my baroque fingering recorder, since the high F# is easier for me in this one compared to the German fingering recorder, noting that this is the alteration that appears more in the song, since it is in the key of B minor, which is the relative of D major, so the other alteration was C#, however this was used in smaller proportion.

El proceso de creación me lo disfruté al máximo, un gran abrazo para mi esposa @normacanaza quien me apoyó en todo el proceso de grabación y toma de fotografías, gracias por todo tu apoyo mi amor en ese proceso de improvisación del estudio de grabación en los espacios de nuestra academia ARTISTA.

Se aprecian en las imágenes los diferentes espacios, la colocación del micrófono en la guitarra para una mejor captación del sonido de la misma. Y el atril improvisado colocando las partituras en el espaldar de la silla, porque querer es poder y más cuando las cosas se hacen con mucho amor, profesionalismo. Porque este resultado no fue de la noche a la mañana, fueron varias semanas de estudio, si bien la melodías no está tan complicada, con las ocupaciones laborarles me quedaba poco tiempo para practicar, pero con perseverancia todo se puede, y espero este producto audiovisual haya sido de su total agrado.

The images show the different spaces, the placement of the microphone on the guitar to better capture the sound of it. And the improvised lectern placing the scores on the back of the chair, because to want is to be able to, and more when things are done with love and professionalism. Because this result was not overnight, it was several weeks of study, although the melodies are not so complicated, with the work occupations I had little time to practice, but with perseverance everything is possible, and I hope this audiovisual product has been to your total liking.
