    Quesadillas

    ¡Hola amigos de la plataforma de #Hive y de esta hermosa comunidad de #Hivefood! Bienvenidos a una nueva receta en mi canal. Hoy les traigo una simple pero deliciosa receta para preparar en casa.

    Son unas "quesadillas" armadas con tapas de empanadas y distinto tipo de rellenos muy fáciles de preparar. En este video les traigo quesadillas de carne de vaca, de pollo y de jamon y queso.



    Los ingredientes para esta receta son

    • 1 docena de tapas de empanadas

    • 1 Puñado de carne molida de vaca

    • 1/2 Pechuga de pollo

    • 100 gr de Queso Chedar

    • Sal

    • Pimienta

    • 200 gr Jamón

    • 100 gr de muzzarella

    Preparación

    Primero vamos a poner una fuente a calentar con un poco de aceite, yo utilicé una estilo plancheta bien grande pero puede ser una fuente de horno o un sarten bien grande.

    Lo primer que vamos a poner en la fuente es la carne molida con sal y pimienta, que se cocinea fuego fuerte, asi queda dorada.

    Una vez este avanzada la cocción de la carne, vamos a poner el pollo, separado de la carne que estamos cocinando. Yo tenía una pechuga ya hervida, la cual puse a calentar, pero tranquilamente la podés poner cruda y cocinar en la fuente. Al pollo tambien lo salpimentamos.

    Una vez la carne de vaca y la de pollo esten cocidas, vamos a poner nuestras tapas de empanadas a dorar unos pocos minutos, luego las volteamos, y les ponemos a algunas relleno de carne, a otras de pollo, a algunas les ponemos muzzarella y a otras chedar. Y a las que no les ponemos relleno de carne o pollo las rellenamos con jamon y queso.

    Pasamos a cerrarlas por la mitad y cuando la primera parte este dorada, las volteamos para que se doren del otro lado. Si es posible tapar la fuente, será mas corto el tiempo de cocción.

    Una vez que estén doradas de ambos lados, estan listas para servir, ¡y solo queda disfrutar!

    Quesadillas

    Hello friends of the #Hive platform and this beautiful #Hivefood community! Welcome to a new recipe on my channel. Today I bring you a simple but delicious recipe to prepare at home.

    They are "quesadillas" assembled with empanadas covers and different types of fillings very easy to prepare. In this video I bring you beef quesadillas, chicken quesadillas and ham and cheese quesadillas.



    The ingredients for this dough are:

    • 1 dozen empanada tops

    • 1 handful of ground beef

    • 1/2 chicken breast

    • 100 gr of Cheddar cheese

    • Salt

    • Pepper

    • 200 gr Ham

    • 100 gr of mozzarella cheese



    Preparation

    First we are going to put a source to heat with a little oil, I used a very large planchette style but it can be a baking dish or a very large frying pan.

    The first thing we are going to put in the dish is the ground beef with salt and pepper, which is cooked over high heat, so it is golden brown.

    Once the cooking of the meat is advanced, we are going to put the chicken, separated from the meat that we are cooking. I had a boiled breast, which I put to heat, but you can easily put it raw and cook it in the dish. We also season the chicken with salt and pepper.

    Once the beef and chicken are cooked, we are going to put our empanada covers to brown for a few minutes, then we turn them over, and we put some of them with beef filling, others with chicken, some with mozzarella and others with cheddar cheese. And the ones we don't put meat or chicken filling, we fill them with ham and cheese.

    Close them in half and when the first side is browned, turn them over to brown the other side. If it is possible to cover the dish, the cooking time will be shorter.

    Once they are browned on both sides, they are ready to serve, and all you have to do is enjoy!
