    Empanadas de verdura

    ¡Hola amigos de la plataforma de #Hive y de esta hermosa comunidad de #Hivefood! Bienvenidos a una nueva receta en mi canal. Hoy vengo a traerles una receta muy sabrosa, con pocos ingredientes y que se realiza realmente en poco tiempo.
    Son unas deliciosas empanadas de verdura, con salsa blanca y muzzarella que es imposible que no nos den ganas de probarlas.



    Los ingredientes para esta receta son

    • 2 atados de espinaca

    • 50 gr de manteca

    • 1 o 2 cucharadas de harina

    • Sal

    • 1 chorrito de leche

    • Pimienta

    • Nuez Moscada

    • 1 Docena de tapas de empanada

    Preparación

    Primer vamos a lavar bien nuestra verdura y después la vamos a poner a cocinar. En 4 o 5 minutos tenemos la espinaca cocida. Después de eso la dejamos que escurra todo el agua posible.

    Mientras esto sucede, vamos a poner en una cacerola la manteca a derretir y una vez que pase esto vamos a agregarle la harina, la cual vamos a agregar hasta que absorba toda la manteca, no menos ni tampoco más.

    Ahora que tenemos bien integradas la manteca y la harina vamos a agregar la leche y muy importa, vamos a batir la leche hasta que empiece a espesar y formarse la salsa, de esta forma quedara una salsa perfecta y sin grumos.

    Una vez la salsa espese apagamos el fuego, la salpimentamos y le agregamos la nuez moscada molida.

    Volvemos con la espinaca y tratamos de sacarle toda el agua que podamos. Después de esto, la vamos a picar lo mas pequeño que podamos y la vamos a sumar a la salsa blanca. Para finalizar el relleno que les traigo hoy le agregamos muzzarella en cubitos. Esta última es opcional, si quieren pueden no agregarle.

    Después de esto, solo queda rellenar las tapas, las cuales hay que dejar un buen rato a temperatura ambiente para que no se rompan, y llevarlas al horno en una fuente aceitada para que no se peguen hasta dorar. Dejar enfriar unos minutos y ¡¡a disfrutar!!

    They are delicious vegetable empanadas, with white sauce and mozzarella that is impossible not to make us want to try them.



    The ingredients for this recipe are:

    • 2 bundles of spinach

    • 50 gr of butter

    • 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour

    • Salt

    • 1 dash of milk

    • Pepper

    • Nutmeg

    • 1 Dozen empanada tops

    Preparation

    First we are going to wash our vegetables well and then we are going to cook them. In 4 or 5 minutes we have the spinach cooked. After that we let it drain as much water as possible.

    While this happens, we are going to put in a pan the butter to melt and once this happens we are going to add the flour, which we are going to add until it absorbs all the butter, not less and not more.

    Now that we have the butter and flour well integrated, we are going to add the milk and very important, we are going to beat the milk until it begins to thicken and form the sauce, in this way it will be a perfect sauce without lumps.

    Once the sauce thickens, turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper and add the ground nutmeg.

    We go back to the spinach and try to remove as much water as possible. After this, we chop it as small as we can and add it to the white sauce. To finish the filling that I bring you today, we add diced mozzarella cheese. This last one is optional, if you want you can leave it out.

    After this, the only thing left to do is to fill the lids, which must be left at room temperature for a while so they do not break, and take them to the oven in an oiled dish so they do not stick until golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
