Hello to the entire @hivefood community! Today I bring you a new video to this wonderful community and, with this video, I present myself in the #MiPlatoFavorito initiative, with its theme of the month that, for November, is chicken.
So I thought I would bring you in this video, a very Argentinean recipe such as grilled chicken, accompanied with a delicious Provencal sauce. You will see how easy it is to prepare this recipe, so I hope you like it.
For the fire we need
Coal
Dry wood
Paper or a piece of absorbent cotton.
Ingredients for the Provencal sauce.
3 cloves of garlic
A generous handful of parsley
Salt
Pepper
oil
For the chicken
Salt
Lemon
Cooking tip: Always have a little more coal ready to add, it is preferable if you have a little left over than if you are short and have to prepare it in a hurry.
Cooking tip 2: For this recipe the fire should be at medium heat, if it is too high it would burn too fast and it would not cook well. To know how much fire to put, you bring your hand close to the height as shown in the video and you should be able to hold it for 6 to 8 seconds without burning. For other recipes we will need a higher or lower heat, but for this one we will need a moderate one.
This is how we have our grilled chicken thighs with its Provencal sauce and the salad to accompany it.
The latter I let you choose your favorite to accompany it, for my part I chose a chicken, potatoes, egg and mayonnaise salpicon to accompany the chicken thighs.
So much for today's recipe, I look forward to your comments to know if you liked the recipe, all will be read, see you next time!
