    Food ideas from me today here in Davao City as our GCQ - General community quarantine still on going.

    Alogbate is the spinach of Philippines, while in Singapore, spinach there is not as slippery as the Philippines.

    Alugbati is very nutritious. Loads of fiber, antioxidants and will not make you fat if you eat loads of this.

    THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO COOK OR PREPARE ALUGBATI

    I will share you in this video 4 ways to cook Alugbati.

    1. Alogbate Omellete
      2.Fried Rice Alogbate
      3.Salad Alogbate
    2. Pasta Alogbate

    OMELLETE
    For this recipe, you need
    eggs
    salt to taste
    ,cooking oil
    and
    alugbati.
    You can finely chop the alugbati so that it will blend well to the eggs.

    FRIED RICE ALOGBATE
    This is a mixture of
    cook rice
    if you have some leftovers chicken, fish fillet or other kinds of dry cook fish would be great option.

    Alternatively, you can use something else like fried eggs
    Or just other vegetable like carrots and beans.
    Other ingredients of Fried rice Alogbate is

    • Garlic
    • Salt To taste
    • Alugbate

    SALAD ALOGBATE
    The main ingredients that gives a kick this recipe is the chili paste.
    You can get chilli paste at the grocery store, there is a little sweat and the normal one, either one of this, you can use a table spoonful and add some vinegar and lemon juice.
    The video will guide you how all that work with the salad prepration.

    PASTA ALOGBATE
    This is a lazy recipe,
    Just boiled some pasta, when the pasta is cooked, remove the water, put back the pasta into the skillet, add a little oil and add the alugbati.
    Cook until it is soft but not over cooked it.
