    Hola mis queridos Champions de #Hive y SWC el día de hoy les comparto una rutina de flexiones que creé con variantes de un alto nivel así que vamos a requerir un nivel alto para poderla completar. ¡Hazla conmigo!
    Hello my dear Champions of #Hive and SWC, today I am sharing with you a push-up routine that I created with variants of a high level so we are going to require a high level to be able to complete it. Do it with me!

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    La rutina consta de solo 4 ejercicios, 10 repeticiones de cada uno dejando 1 minuto de descanso entre cada ejercicio, aunque para subirle un poco más el nivel incluí un quinto ejercicio y vamos a combinar todas las flexiones realizando 3 repeticiones de cada uno de los ejercicios. Ésta rutina la debemos realizar al menos 3 veces dejando 1 minuto de descanso entre cada una para poder obtener mejores resultados!
    The routine consists of only 4 exercises, 10 repetitions of each one leaving 1 minute of rest between each exercise, although to raise the level a little more I included a fifth exercise and we are going to combine all the push-ups performing 3 repetitions of each one of the exercises . We must perform this routine at least 3 times leaving 1 minute of rest between each one in order to obtain better results!

    • Exercise #1: Explosive lateral push-ups: 10 reps | 1 Minute of Rest.

    • Exercise #2: Extreme push-ups: 10 reps | 1 Minute of Rest.

    • Ejercicio #3: Flexiones de péndulos: 10 repeticiones | 1 Minuto de Descanso.

    • Exercise #3: Pendulum push-ups: 10 repetitions | 1 Minute of Rest.

    • Ejercicio #4: Flexiones rusas + aplauso: 10 repeticiones | 1 Minuto de Descanso.

    • Exercise #4: Russian push-ups + clap: 10 reps | 1 Minute of Rest.

    • Ejercicio #5: Combinamos todas las flexiones y realizaremos 3 repeticiones de cada uno de ellos (12 repeticiones en total).

    • Exercise #5: We combine all the push-ups and perform 3 repetitions of each of them (12 repetitions in total).
