    Hola mis queridos Amigos de #Hive y SWC ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, hace 2 días realicé una rutina de abdomen que me gustó bastante así que el día de hoy decidí grabar estos ejercicios y compartir la rutina con ustedes, espero les guste.

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    Para la rutina de hoy como es de costumbre vamos a estar realizando 4 ejercicios y ya que vamos a estar realizando solo 16 repeticiones de cada uno de los ejercicios considero que esta rutina está entre principiante-intermedio también vamos a realizar 3 series de cada uno de los ejercicios y dejaremos solo 30 segundos de descanso entre cada serie.

    ⚠️Recuerden que es de suma importancia estar bien hidratados y calentar bien antes de cada entrenamiento.

    For today's routine, as usual, we are going to be doing 4 exercises and since we are going to be doing only 16 repetitions of each of the exercises, I consider that this routine is between beginner-intermediate, we are also going to do 3 series of each of the exercises and we will leave only 30 seconds of rest between each series.

    ⚠️Remember that it is of utmost importance to be well hydrated and warm up before each workout.
