    Saludos a todos los Hiver y Atletas de la comunidad SWC soy @blas-training y el dia de hoy les traigo uno de los super sets que hago en mi dia a dia entrenando,el cual consiste en un set de 5 ejercicios para realizarlos en el menor tiempo posible haciendo un total de 3 series en el menor tiempo posible.

    Si no puedes realizar las Handstand push up (o flexiones parada de manos) puedes ajustarlo a tu nivel,haciendolas asistidas en la pared o cambiandolo a una progresion mas sencilla como pueden ser las Pike push up o las Flexiones declinadas,hay muchas formas de adaptar ciertas rutinas a tu nivel da igual si son avanzadas,intermedias o de principiantes lo importante es ajustar los ejercicios a tu nivel.
    If you can not perform the Handstand push up (or handstand push ups) you can adjust it to your level, doing them assisted on the wall or changing it to a simpler progression such as the Pike push up or the declined push ups, there are many ways to adapt certain routines to your level no matter if they are advanced, intermediate or beginners the important thing is to adjust the exercises to your level.

    En el caso de las Stradle planche push ups,si no puedes hacerlas,puedes obviar este ejercicio o cambiarlo por uno mas adaptado a tu nivel por ejemplo,flexiones en tuck advanced o flexiones diamante.
    In the case of Stradle planche push ups, if you can't do them, you can skip this exercise or change it for one more adapted to your level, for example, advanced tuck push ups or diamond push ups.
