Principalmente entrenar pesado es frustrante, creo que todos los atletas pasan por dias así. Desde mi punto de vista es frustrante porque en realidad no sale casi nada a lo que estás acostumbrado a lanzar diariamente. Supongo que es normal que un día estemos así por la fatiga de los músculos o el mal descanso, no todos los días son buenos, quise expresar esto con ustedes, en días así hay que tener más disciplina y seguir entrenando pero cuando hay que descansar hay que hacerlo. No he tenido tantas caídas cómo está vez y como lo hacía mucho decidí compartirlo con vosotros.
Mainly training heavy is frustrating, I think all athletes go through days like that. From my point of view it is frustrating because in reality almost nothing comes out that you are used to throwing on a daily basis. I guess it's normal that one day we are like this because of muscle fatigue or bad rest, not every day is good, I wanted to express this with you, on days like this you have to have more discipline and keep training but when you have to rest you have to do it. I have not had as many falls as this time and as I did it a lot I decided to share it with you.
