EL aprender a realizar la handstand te abre muchas oportunidad para realizar nuevos trucos y más avanzados, entonces meta del año mejorar mi handstand para lograr trucos de este mismo más avanzados.
My main focus in improving my handstand is to have control and keep my balance and to be able to hold it long enough and build the strength to perform new and more complicated tricks.
Learning to perform the handstand opens many opportunities to perform new and more advanced tricks, so my goal for the year is to improve my handstand to achieve more advanced tricks.
The ideal is to practice the posture which I should perform to improve my Handstand, I am guided a lot by one of the best of Calisthenics-Yoga that is Gabo Saturno, he explains in his videos what important points we should improve to have a good posture, technique and flexibility when performing the tricks.
I focus a lot on contracting the abdomen and not overloading the lower back so much that every time I do it I have a good posture.
Something I learned from people who break dance is the control they have when they keep their legs elevated, so I remembered exercises like this one which was to suspend the legs as if it was doing variable presses.
Una buena postura del Handstand evita el tener lesiones, malos movimientos que te puedan limitar como atleta, por ende debemos entender que cuando logramos un objetivo es solo el principio de muchas cosas, este estilo de entrenamiento me van ayuda ro bueno me han ayudado para la práctica del Handstand one arm además de eso saben a nivel psicológico me ha ayudado muchísimo analizar mi día a día a estresarme tanto y tener un control de mi vida!

A good Handstand posture avoids having injuries, bad movements that can limit you as an athlete, therefore we must understand that when we achieve a goal is only the beginning of many things, this style of training will help me ro well have helped me to practice the Handstand one arm besides that you know at the psychological level has helped me a lot to analyze my day to day stress me so much and have control of my life!
