Este cuatro de septiembre inició el curso escolar en toda Cuba, para algunos fue el regreso a sus centros estudiantiles, para otros, el comienzo de un mundo nuevo de aprendizaje, les esperan muchas alegrías por experimentar. Se nota la diferencia, las calles tristes por tantos baches, una vez más, vuelven a sonreír viendo pasar tantos niños con sus uniformes, las familias más que nunca, en función de la educación de los más pequeños de casa.
