😄Hello how are my dear friends of hive and swc, today I come to bring you a very good post, this will be about "Doing A Training Day At Home With My Friends".

En este día pude realizar un entrenamiento en casa con un poco de molestia en algunos músculos, permitiéndome realizar algunos movimientos con mala técnica, pero eso igual no fue excusa y pude compartir con mis amigos un día de entrenamiento muy bien.🔥❤🍃

On this day I was able to perform a workout at home with a little discomfort in some muscles, allowing me to perform some movements with bad technique, but that was still no excuse and I was able to share with my friends a very good training day.🔥❤🍃

Espero sentirme muy bien de mi nivel y volver a darle con todo en algún próximo entrenamiento, pero en ese día si pude hacer algo ya que estaba con el apoyo de mis amigos de apure y otros más que reciden cerca de mi, estaban apoyándome así así yo a ellos. Pero del resto todo estuvo muy bien, y espero volver a entrenar junto a ellos muy pronto. ❤🔥📈

I hope to feel very good about my level and return to give it all in some next training, but that day if I could do something because I was with the support of my friends from Apure and others who live near me, they were supporting me and I was supporting them.
